Naomi has over 10 years of experience within Recruitment, Employability and Training with skills in stakeholder management, project management and team leading.
Naomi leads on the project recruitment, resourcing and contracting of consultants and our associates across the organisation’s projects and bids. She has facilitated international recruitment and onboarding for a range of short term and long-term projects including The Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria (PLANE) Project, UK PACT and UNICEF evaluations and supported with the recruitment for the Resource and Support Hub (RSH).
Prior to joining SDDirect, Naomi worked as a career’s consultant for the National Careers Service, recruited Senior Talent candidates for the British Army and was a Senior Careers Adviser within HMP Highdown. Naomi has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kingston in Sociology with Psychology.
