Meet Sylvia Nwoko, our dedicated Communications Officer at SDDirect. She recently joined SDDirect in August 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the communications strategy, including brand identity development, website management, social media, events, external and internal communications.
With over 20 years of diverse experience in the private sector, Sylvia brings a unique blend of skills to our team. Prior to joining SDDirect, she served as the Communications Technical Support Consultant with the Resource and Support Hub (RSH) in Nigeria, where she played a pivotal role in corporate communications. It was during her tenure at RSH that Sylvia discovered her interest in corporate communications in the humanitarian and development sectors. Her expertise lies in internal and external communications, content creation, video editing and audio editing. She is motivated by the desire to help and see others succeed.
When she is not working, she loves to catch up with friends, read a good book or go swimming. She is adventurous and loves to travel!
