Wejdan is an experienced humanitarian and development leader with a Master’s degree in psychological counselling and over 15 years’ experience working in the non-profit sector. She has expertise in a range of areas, including programme, grant management, organisational development and culture, training and coaching as well as psychosocial support, protection, accountability, safeguarding, and localisation.
Wejdan is a Global Delivery Manager with SDD and a Regional Representative for Network for Empowered Aid Response ( NEAR), She has worked with organisations such as Care International, TDH, Blumont International, UMR, and Lutheran World Federation. She served as a senior roster member in psychosocial support with the Church of Sweden’s humanitarian roster. Wejdan is based in Amman, Jordan.
