Seerat joined SDDirect in January 2021. Her career interests are in Human Resources, and she is committed to ensuring that the organisation’s policies are being delivered, and that employee wellbeing is a top priority. Seerat is responsible for managing internal recruitment and onboarding process for SDDirect while also maintaining the HR database.
Seerat began her career at the age of 18 working for KPMG in a similar role as a Business Administrator supporting multiple senior employees such as partners and directors. She then moved to Goldman Sachs in early 2020, seeking a new adventure and building a strong career portfolio. Seerat’s drive and motivation to explore Human Resources played a large part in her decision to join the SDDirect team.
Seerat holds an Extended Diploma in Information Technology alongside a qualification in Business Administration. She is currently completing her CIPD qualification to strengthen her professional skills and progress her career in HR.
Outside work Seerat is very family focused and enjoys spending time with them.
