In line with SDDirect’s values of partnership, we proudly work with a large, global network of consultants to complement our in-house expertise
Joining our database
We are always looking to grow this network and invite you to send your prospective application to jobs@sddirect.org.uk. Your CV will be reviewed by our Business Development Team to assess suitability in relation to our key areas of work within our portfolios, followed by an invitation to upload your profile onto our database.
Due to the nature of our work, we can’t guarantee you will be contacted with opportunities. However, as a registered consultant, we expect you to keep your profile up to date so that when we search specific skills and experience, you appear in the results if you are a match. This gives you a better opportunity to be contacted by one of our team should an assignment become available that could be well suited to you. As a disability confident employer, you will be asked if you require reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process.
As a valued member of our network, it is also important to us that we remain in touch. Joining our database allows you to opt-in to our newsletters and key communications, enabling us to share important updates with you that may be of interest.
Working on assignments
Our teams have worked hard to implement processes and procedures that ensure your consulting experience with us is smooth and supportive. Should you be commissioned for an assignment, you can expect:
- An informal or formal interview with a relevant member of our team
- An SDDirect CV template to help tailor your CV to the opportunity
- Due diligence, references, anti-terrorism and in some cases a criminal background check
- A designated SDDirect point of contact
- Support with invoicing
- An opportunity to feedback on your experience
