As Deputy Head of Communications and RSH Partnerships Lead, Nastasya is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic communication plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the website and digital content development. She believes in the powerful role communications can play in raising awareness on critical issues, influencing decision-makers and amplifying the voices of others.
Nastasya also has experience working on large scale, multi-country programmes dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls. This includes the Girls’ Education Challenge programme where she coordinated a £500 million fund working across 18 countries to support over 1 million girls to access education. More recently, as Deputy Team Leader of the safeguarding Resource and Support Hub where she managed the delivery of a global programme supporting organisations to improve their safeguarding policy against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH).
Nastasya holds a BA in Politics (European Studies) from the University of Durham and an MA with Distinction in International Relations from Kings College London’s War Studies Department. Outside work, Nastasya loves a good book, watching documentaries and going on morning walks with her dog Mo.
