Nicola is the HR Manager at SDDirect. Since joining she has worked closely with our Programmes and Business Development teams to provide resourcing and compliance support to a wide range of projects, as well as leading on corporate recruitment and HR.
Nicola’s role in HR is mainly focused on working with our Executive Management Group in driving continuous improvements to our learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies. She is also responsible for ensuring best practice within our HR and recruitment processes and procedures.
Nicola’s interest in HR started when she obtained a BSc in Psychology and Criminology. Prior to working at SDDirect, Nicola worked as a recruitment consultant in the healthcare space and brings over seven years of experience.
