Isadora brings eight years of experience in project management, having worked across multidisciplinary programmes and diverse stakeholders, building the expertise needed for successful delivery of complex projects in diverse contexts. With extensive experience in managing and delivering multi-year, multi-currency programmes across various thematic areas, she has worked with a variety of clients and partners, including private donors, major UN agencies and governments. Notable projects include the GBV AoR Helpdesk, the Evaluation of the implementation of the UNICEF Gender Policy and Gender Action Plans, UN Women’s Thematic Assessment of the Spotlight Initiative, and the Digital Access Programme.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Isadora is well-versed in financial and contractual management, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, workplan management, development of bids and proposals, and quality assurance. Her skills also encompass technical work in research and report writing.
Isadora holds a BA degree in Media Studies and an MSc in Development Studies, where she focused her research on decolonial feminism among queer indigenous communities in Brazil.
